Today has been good so far; my last day in my three-hour 9AM Biotech seminar =D YAY! I was late for the third time in a row (bad example, don't do this at home kids); but i DID get myself a smoothie to gulp down along the way.
the sun was very bright :(
After my last seminar, went over to the office, made that quick call and then left for the gym. Saw good ole' pledge dad Lee playing ball in Wooden (I like good ole' pledge dad).
Just benched-- I think I'm weaker than I was before; those pushups helped maintain though :) I'm getting lazier with my workouts, don't really feel like working everything; this is one thing I must change/resolve. Hey LYF and Norcal ppl, let's work out lots over ze summer, yes? yes?
Went to Rieber, ate with christine, alice, and then this new guy paul and then simon who was paul's friend who I already knew bc he lives on my floor. The world just keeps getting smaller and smaller. during lunch paul asks me if i go to fellowship at ucla bc we sort of (unplanned) synchronized our head bowing for prayer. lol. good stuff.
food was good. haven't had dorm food for a while.
yippee-- matrix reloaded on vcd thanks to awesome roommate rick. ^_^
now i'm here and i forgot my backpack, it's downstairs locked up by the dining hall. time to get it...
and then it's time to get to work!

I found my livejournal after like... centuries of not updating (ok just one year); but i've discovered that leaving home has really broadened my perspective on things; i feel like i was pretty stupid back then (i'll probably feel the same way about me right now one year from now).
time is funny.
the retreat i just came back from was AWESOME; it felt awesome to be a camp counselor for the coolest small group ever; it felt awesome to meet all the ppl i did; it felt awesome to praise and worship God with Lyf/Footprints! and go all out in doing so; it felt awesome to feel refreshed even after coming back to UCLA from the retreat..

So anyways; it was awesome; i like semi-colons; i hope to have another joint retreat and be counselors for my same group!; ten pushups!!!

today i brought my intel web cam to school. i got mixed reviews on it. some people said it looked cheap, some cute, some just poked at it in awe. anyway, i got a funny pic of jenevieve, one of the coolest girl acquanitance/buddies i know, in a funny pose. she looks curious or something. curious george.
My econ final was okay i guess.
My physics final was cake.
Went to Borders w/carrot for a while.

Today I bought a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. All for just forty bucks at Fry's. Chinese final was easy because I actually studied for it. My first time studying for Chinese!!! Dood!!
So because I was studying this morning, I skipped church though I sort of wanted to go. Then I drove my long Chevy Lumina car to Ohlone for Chinese class. On the way, I stopped to get gas, and I spent literally 25 minutes trying to locate the freaking lever that opens up your gas tank thingy. I even busted out the stupid manual. And it turns out, after I got out of the car to look at the gas door, that it doesn't even require a stupid lever. What a crappy feature. Someone could just open up my gas door and take a piss inside my tank. How sad. So after I felt stupid for wasting all that time and even pulling out the manual, I filled up and went on my way. Then after Chinese class we went to Fry's (me, jess, jed) and bought my nifty wireless keyboard. It's so cool! Wahoo.
Recently I haven't been very happy so if I seem to be acting like a jerk, that's my explanation. I apologize in advance for any haphazard offense I throw on you from now on and from these past couple months.
